Return & Refund Policy

Please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase. By purchasing from Stay Fit, you agree to the terms below, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country.

Digital Products

All products sold by Stay Fit are digital downloads, including PDF files. No physical products are shipped.

Because digital products are delivered electronically and can be accessed immediately, purchases are generally final once the digital product has been delivered or accessed, except where a refund or cancellation is required by applicable law.

Upon successful payment, you will receive an email containing your download link. Your purchased file can be retained for your personal use, and no subscription is required unless otherwise clearly stated on the product page.

What Is Covered

Corrupted or incorrect file: If the file you receive is corrupted, damaged, or different from the product you purchased, please contact us. We will provide a replacement copy at no additional charge.

Download not received: If you do not receive your download link after purchase, please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still cannot locate it, contact us and we will assist you as soon as possible.

What Is Not Normally Covered

Change of mind: We generally do not provide refunds simply because you change your mind after a digital product has been delivered, accessed, or downloaded, except where applicable consumer law gives you a right to cancel.
