These Terms of Sale apply to purchases made through stayfit.it.com. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Sale, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

2. Products
All products sold through our store are digital products, including downloadable PDF files. No physical product is shipped unless explicitly stated otherwise.
After successful payment, your digital product will be delivered electronically using the email address provided during checkout.
3. Prices and Payment
Prices are displayed in USD ($) unless otherwise indicated.
Any applicable taxes will be calculated or displayed at checkout according to our current tax settings and applicable law.
Payment is required at the time of purchase. Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments and other payment methods that may be made available at checkout.
4. Order Confirmation
After you complete your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
The contract between you and STAY FIT LTD is formed when your payment is successfully accepted and your order is confirmed.
Please ensure that the email address you provide during checkout is accurate so that we can deliver your digital product and order communications.
5. Digital Delivery
Digital products are normally made available immediately after successful payment.
You are responsible for ensuring that your device, software, and internet connection are suitable for accessing the purchased digital product.

6. Cancellation and Withdrawal Rights
Consumers may have statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights depending on their country of residence.
Where applicable law provides a cancellation period for digital content, you may be asked before delivery begins to:
- expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital content; and
- acknowledge that, once delivery begins, you may lose your statutory right to cancel.
Where those requirements have been satisfied and delivery of the digital content has begun, your statutory cancellation right may no longer apply.
If delivery has not yet begun and you believe you have a statutory right to cancel, contact us at support@stayfit.it.com as soon as possible.
Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
7. Refunds
Because our products are digital, purchases are generally final once the digital product has been delivered or accessed.
However, this does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
If a file is corrupted, incorrect, or cannot be accessed because of an issue on our side, please contact us and we will provide assistance or a replacement where appropriate.

8. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, all digital products purchased from Stay Fit are provided for your personal, non-commercial use.
You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, sublicense, publish, share, or commercially exploit our digital content without prior written permission from STAY FIT LTD.
Purchasing a digital product does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property rights in that product.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in the country where you live.
If you are a consumer, nothing in this section prevents you from relying on mandatory rights or protections available under the laws of your country of residence.
